When a Customer purchases or subscribes to Vertex Commercial Services, Vertex Commercial may process information necessary to establish and administer the commercial relationship.

Third-party services may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Disconnecting an integration may stop future exchanges but does not necessarily delete information previously processed by the third party.
