Subscription Management
Cancel or prevent renewal of your Vertex Commercial subscription
Vertex Commercial Customers may request cancellation or non-renewal through this page or by contacting Vertex Commercial at [email protected].
Submitting a cancellation request does not create a charge, cancellation fee, or new payment obligation.
The effective date of cancellation and any remaining access, amounts due, credits, or refund eligibility are determined according to the applicable Order Form, subscription agreement, Terms of Service, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Before you submit
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal once the cancellation becomes effective according to the applicable commercial arrangement.
Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges for a subscription period or Services that have already been provided.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged after an effective cancellation, or are entitled to a refund, you may also request a billing review.
Prefer email?
You may also request cancellation or non-renewal by emailing Vertex Commercial at [email protected].
Include your company name, account email, and enough information for Vertex Commercial to identify the applicable subscription.
Do not send complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
What cancellation means
How cancellation affects renewals, access, and refunds
Future recurring charges
Once a valid cancellation or non-renewal becomes effective, Vertex Commercial should not initiate new subscription renewal charges for periods that begin after the effective cancellation date, except where another valid Customer authorization or contractual arrangement applies.
If a Customer believes that a recurring charge was collected after a valid cancellation had already taken effect, the Customer may request a billing review and, where appropriate, a refund or correction.
Access after cancellation
Depending on the applicable commercial agreement, cancellation or non-renewal may allow access to continue through the end of an already paid subscription term.
The specific access period and effective termination date depend on the Customer's applicable agreement.
Cancellation is not automatically interpreted as retroactive termination of Services already delivered.
Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for an already started subscription period.
Refunds, credits, or billing corrections may be available where provided by the applicable commercial agreement, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, applicable law, or where Vertex Commercial determines that a billing correction is appropriate.
Examples may include confirmed duplicate charges, incorrect charges, charges collected after an effective cancellation, or other qualifying billing errors.
