Your Commercial Relationship with Vertex Commercial

Terms of Service

Purchasing and Payment Process

Vertex Commercial uses a sales-assisted purchasing process rather than a public self-service checkout.

Prospective Customers may begin the process by contacting Vertex Commercial, requesting a demonstration, completing the Solution Quiz, or discussing their requirements with the Vertex Commercial sales team.

Before a payment obligation is created, the applicable commercial terms are confirmed through a proposal, Order Form, subscription agreement, or other applicable commercial documentation.

Those terms may include the applicable Vertex Commercial plan or Services, implementation scope, price or pricing basis, currency, billing frequency, subscription term, renewal terms, cancellation conditions, and other Customer-specific commercial terms.

After the applicable commercial terms are agreed, Vertex Commercial may provide the Customer with an individualized payment link or other payment instructions.

Payments may be processed using a third-party payment service provider or financial institution.

The use of a third-party payment provider does not change the fact that Vertex Commercial is the provider of the Vertex Commercial Services and is responsible for its own Customer commercial relationship.

Electronic delivery, expected implementation timing, and geographical availability are confirmed according to the applicable Customer requirements and commercial arrangement.

Submitting a Contact request, Demo Request, Solution Quiz, or plan inquiry does not itself create a subscription, recurring-payment authorization, or payment obligation.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, payment passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to Vertex Commercial through ordinary email, Contact forms, Demo forms, or the Solution Quiz. Payment credentials should be entered only through the applicable authorized payment process when one is provided.

Payments

Payments for Vertex Commercial services may be processed through third-party payment service providers and financial institutions selected by Vertex Commercial.

Where a third-party payment service provider is used, payment processing may also be subject to that provider’s technical, security, and regulatory requirements.

Vertex Commercial remains responsible for its commercial relationship with customers and for addressing questions concerning Vertex Commercial subscriptions, invoices, cancellations, refunds, and service-related billing matters.

Service Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the individuals who purchase, administer, or use Vertex Commercial on their behalf are authorized to do so.

Vertex Commercial does not market its CRM subscriptions as consumer household products.
